Fatima brings over two decades of distinguished experience in the banking sector to her role as Executive Director, Corporate Services at the Bank of Agriculture. A seasoned leader with deep expertise in operations management, relationship management, and private banking, she has built a career on cultivating enduring client partnerships, architecting bespoke financial solutions, and delivering measurable growth in assets under management.

Her professional portfolio spans investment advisory, wealth structuring, estate planning, and sophisticated credit solutions, all underpinned by an unwavering commitment to integrity, discretion, and service excellence.

Before joining the Bank of Agriculture, Fatima served at Optimus Bank. Prior to that, she was Head of Private Banking at Fidelity Bank, Abuja, where she consistently exceeded annual revenue targets through strategic client engagement, product cross-selling, and new client acquisition. Earlier in her tenure at Fidelity Bank, she also served as Regional Operations and Service Supervisor, grounding her leadership in a strong operational foundation.

Fatima holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an MBA from Nexford University, Washington DC.
