IDIAT T. FOLORUNSHO

Folorunsho Titilayo Idiat. Born in Offa, Kwara State, she completed her IJMB at Borno College of Basic Studies (BOCOBS), Maiduguri. She went further to the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, for a Bachelor’s in Business Management. She later obtained an MBA and M.Sc. in Business Administration, from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She currently holds a PhD in Business Administration, obtained from Lead City University, Ibadan.
Her working career took her to various parts of the country, spanning from People’s Bank of Nigeria (PBN) Head Office in Lagos and in Abuja as Head of Banking Operations and then Head of Credit. She later moved to Kano Zonal Office where she worked in different capacities as Head of Operations and Head of Inspection/Audit.
Upon the merger of Nigeria Agricultural Cooperative Society (NACB) with Peoples Bank of Nigeria (PBN) to form NACRDB (Nigeria Agricultural Cooperative and Rural Development Bank (Ltd) which is now Bank of Agriculture (BOA) Nigeria Ltd, she continued to serve in various capacities at the Zonal Office before moving to the Head Office as Head of Internal Verification/Investigation, Principal manager Credit, Principal Manager Welfare (HRDD), briefly as Acting Head Human Resources Department, Head General Admin department and then the Zonal Manager,South West region of Nigeria.
She is currently at the Head office as the Head Branch and Zonal Management.
She has attended various courses, seminars and workshops both International and Local. Among which are, Promotion of Financial Market in Hydrabad, India, Agricultural Community Development in Seoul, South Korea, Agric and Agricultural cooperatives in Bangkok, Thailand and locally are Corporate Governance, Advance Human Resource Management, Minimizing Corrupt Practices and Irregularities in Procurement in Government Establishment, Critical Thinking for Management staff, Sustainable Business Models for Financial Inclusion, Effective Strategies for Organizational Change etc among others.
She is a member of various professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Knowledge Institute Hydrabad (KIH) etc.
