Daniel Olatomide, prior to his employment in the Bank, was a Financial Analyst with International Merchant Bank of Nigeria Limited (IMB) from where he joined the Bank in 1992, and has risen to the position of Chief Auditor. Olatomide has also worked in various capacities spanning from Finance, Treasury, Audit, and to Credit Administration Departments.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and an MSC (Banking & Finance) from University of Benin. He has attended professional courses including Euro Money’s Course on Total Quality Management (TQM), Food and Agricultural Organization’s Course on Rural Credit Monitoring and Project Appraisal, Federal Institute Training Centre’s (FITC) Courses on Basel II and Risk Management for Professionals & Export Financing and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria’s Courses on Asset Management & Credit Appraisal, and Corporate Governance. He is an alumnus of Kaduna Business School.
Olatomide is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a student member of Associate Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), London.
