Tsukunda .W.Yakubu was recruited into the Bank as an Assistant Manager and has over 24 years’ experience working in various divisions of the Bank. She was a Branch Head, Head of Analysis & Control at the Zonal Office, and an Internal Auditor at the Head Office for 7years.
She was later deployed to Head the Learning and Development Centre of the Bank where she repositioned the Centre to an activity based unit of the Bank.
She is a Member of the Charted Institute of Bankers (CIBN), and an Associate of the Human Resources Practitioners of Nigerian (AHRPN) and recently joined the league of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personal Managers in Nigeria (CIPMN) as an Associate.
She is also a Licensed Human Resource Practitioner.
She attended a number of both local and international workshops, Seminars, Summits and Trainings in Auditing, Risk Management, Performance Management, Comprehensive Human Manager and Leadership Skills.
She obtained a Diploma in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration both from the University of Maiduguri and an MBA from Bayero University, Kano.
She is currently heading the Human Resources and Development Department of the Bank.
